Chair of NRC JEDI Committee Sophia is the Chair of NRC’s Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee. She has worked on recycling, and environmental health and justice issues for the past 15 years. She is also an Adjunct Professor of Environment and Sustainability at Fordham and Columbia University.
